How many volunteers we need?
   Each day we need 2 volunteers from 10 am – 12 noon, 

              and 2 volunteers from 12 noon – 2 pm.

   Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled shift (for instructions).

Why we need you?

   Greet parishioners as they come to the photo session

   Assist at the sign-up table:

            -Have them fill out a form (photo release consent, contact information, etc.)

            -Give them instructions on how to pay for the photos.

   Direct the queue line to the photographer.

   Assist the photographer as needed.

         

Volunteers are essential in order to facilitate this process and volunteering is a great way to meet and learn the names of those you do not yet know.
